The Irish holiday, St. Patrick’s day, is celebrated all over the United States, mainly by dressing in green and heading to the nearest Irish pub to drink Guinness among friends. However, my St. Patrick’s day experience exceeded my expectations two years ago when I visited friends in Chicago.
